The magazine "Dangerous Goods and Containers" is the first specialized bilingual (English and Russian) publication devoted to dangerous goods, containers and multimodal transport. It is distributed in more than 30 states, at the international organizations, exhibitions, conferences and by subscription.
The magazine cooperates with such international organization as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), The International Maritime organization (IMO), United Nations Commission for Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).

International Dangerous Goods and Containers Association (IDGCA) was created in Russian Federation in 2001 with the assistance of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
IDGCA Charter and symbol are registered by the decision of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation under numbers 21578000775 from 31.08.15 and 565-д from 01.04.15.
In July 2004 by the decision of UNECE Sub-Committee of Experts on the transport of dangerous goods IDGCA was granted the consultative status in the ECOSOS Sub-Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods and on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
